Memminger AuditoriumMemminger Auditorium Average User Rating: (0 votes, add your vote or comments) Located on Beaufain Street near the College of Charleston, the auspicious Memminger Auditorium, located in Memminger Elementary, is one of the largest in Charleston and is one of the venues for Charleston's famed Spoletto Festival. It is one of the oldest auditoriums in South Carolina, built around 1938, and had to be repaired after it was severely damaged during Hurricane Hugo in 1989.
